How do you get a job to fire you without it looking like it is your fault? I want out of my job but want to get unemployment so I can't quit.

@Funwoman The reason I want to quit is because the guy I work with is in love with me. It creeps me out.

@GoldButterfly Oh I see. If you are a good person and a good worker it's hard to get fired.

@GoldButterfly Have you reported him to Human Resources. That’s grounds for a hostile work environment if they don’t do something.

@Funwoman I am good at what I do and also a good person.

@Pinkstarburst That never works. They guy has not done anything yet except for looking at me and getting hard in inappropriate places.

@GoldButterfly That's what I figured from what you are saying. They won't fire you so easy and you won't do anything bad or wrong to get fired because you are not that type of person.

@GoldButterfly The only that I can suggest is to slowly start looking for another job 🤷

@Funwoman I need a couple of months break from this job before I take a new one. I am burned out.
