What's your opinion about a teacher telling a student "you come here to study, not to use washroom. So don't drink much water"?

Believe it or not, I had to hear those words yesterday and it was hurtful.

I’d wonder how someone so foolish became a teacher. Studying doesn’t require you to check your [b]health[/b] at the door. Drinking water is a way of maintaining good health and many conditions (diabetes for example) have people needing to drink water, and subsequently, go to the restroom frequently. I’d report that teacher.
