Why is it that Target and Walmart are offering part-time Holiday help more than day cares will pay their teachers?

Average child care teacher pay is around $12/Hr while Target is offering $15/Hr this holiday season! Something seems wrong with this logic!

@xixgun i am a career employee in the prison and i have also worked in retail 15 yrs part time...... prison is far less stressful. LOL unsupervised teenagers are a pain in the ass.
