Is Petco liable for illnesses or parasites after adoption?
After a week we took our kitten down to the vet. Turns out he has ear mites and a UTI. Is it too late to hold petco liable for that?

There should be a paper contract of sorts that mentions what they cover. However, they could argue that the kitten was healthy while in their custody (a lie, but still).

I doubt it. Since I've never purchased an animal from a "pet store", I wouldn't know for sure.
