Can be. One deal in many goes through, but the commission can be good. Your conversion rate depends on your personality, networking, perseverance.
Also depends on your demographics.(Your country’s economy, your area circle rate, availability)..do a bit of research on that.

For some people it is. They can make lots of money with very little education. Lots of people fail at it though because they can’t earn people’s trust and can’t close. I’d have to say that it’s a declining industry because of technology and new businesses that cut out the agent by buying houses from sellers then reselling them.
