Two different topics so no, not really.

@justanothername Why do you think they are different?

Have you listened to Donald Trump recently. He hasn’t got a clue about history or anything else for that matter.@SW-User

@justanothername I don't care about him. And that doesn't prove your answer that politic and history are different topics.

Yes it does. He’s s politician who makes incorrect comments relating to historical events every time he opens his mouth.@SW-User

@justanothername I want you to prove your first statement about why do you think politics and history are different from each other by not base on Trump. You have to based on your research, not on a person.

Historians make good historians. Politians are generally good at saying what ever is needed to get people to vote for them so if they need to tell people what they want to hear to get the votes then that’s what they do.

As I said previously.. Two different topics.@SW-User

@justanothername For me, politic and history have a connection with each other. I'm not talking about people (historians or politicians); my question to your comment is talking about the topic, not the people.

History is the source that changes politics. That is how the political system change and grow by based on the events from the past. All of the experiences and knowledge from the past make the world that we live today. That is how we develop our government system.

Your answer still not convincing me enough, but at least, it seems better than the previous answer.
