Do charges like these make it hard to find a job and a place of your own?

Most states allow a judge to expunge or seal records of criminal convictions making you appear clean. However, outside parties that post such things on their web sites cannot be compelled to remove your data.

Yes,it’s an anchor at many scenarios in life. Charges are one thing, convictions are another though
Guitarist07 · 31-35, F
@SW-User hm so clearly they have to live with who they can and abide by their rules otherwise they’d be homeless right?
SW-User
@Guitarist07 no,not homeless but actually being approved for a loan and owning a home is significantly harder with criminal convictions. You can find work or even open up a business but many corporations with well paying jobs are out of the question. You can also rent but not everywhere. Once you find a place, get ready to share with others who have (maybe more serious) convictions, since everyone is allowed. The point is that there’s no upsides of a criminal conviction. Only downsides which follow you for a long time
