is it good to get a master in Engineering or bachelor is enough ?!

I'm in the last semester of Engineering (Industrial ) Thank you

Engineering is a very top notch discipline. You will be responsible to build and rebuild several structures, machines or processes. What matters is, how confident you are with your bachelors. If you think you have enough practical knowledge to apply those on a broader than deeper level, you don’t have to go for masters. If you want to specialize in something particular, go for masters. Bachelors in engineering is good enough to fetch you jobs depending on how good you do in interviews. I didn’t go for specialization after doing my bachelors and I graduated back in 2009. I did my masters years after in 2013. Not because I needed it, I just like academics and I had it sponsored by my employer then. It has opened a few more job perspective but to be honest majority of my learning has come from my on job experience. The masters only looks good on papers for me. Having said that, you do what your situation demands currently.

@SW-User Thanks a lot you're right i do like university researches and careers I was thinking if you get a Ph.D. in an engineering field you won't be called engineer maybe you will be called "Doctor"!

Disturbingly, and often completely without merit, the Masters will get you more money.

@Persianboy23 I'm an engineer. No college, just Military and otj experience.
I'm making killer money, but just think if i had college, a Masters no doubt, I'd be corporate, instead of blue collar.
