In the UK, there's essentially a zero limit on driving with cannabis in your system.

Why is this? My only understanding is that it stays in your system for 28days so it wouldn't be provable whether you were under the influence at the time or not.
I know this from my own experience but am not aware if they have improved technology to determine otherwise since my own incident @TheConstantGardener

@JovialPlutonian because there's no constitution in the UK and Parliament can pass any crazy law it feels like
