When at school did you do inside PE barefoot

@RebeccaG Oh do they? Sometimes I simply don't get people. In school we even learned to grab things with our toes! Like a pen, or a marble (very difficult!).

@helenS strengthens the feet, muscles etc! Adds to dexterity! Where are you from?

@RebeccaG I was mainly a good runner and swimmer. I lived by a lake, and I ran through the woods. I still live there, and I'm still fast.

@RebeccaG Yes in the summer I run and swim every day. In winter my activities are limited to running (wearing shoes haha).

@helenS mercifully indoor gymnastics I don’t have to wear trainers 👍

@RebeccaG Running barefoot through the woods is always a bit risky. You might return with bloody feet!
