I took Italian in college about 12 years ago... all I can remember is that I had a very hard time saying "gli" haha.

@thepreposterouspanda Yeah I get it. There isn't a similar sound in English I think.

@Sharky86 Not at all! It didn't help that I was also taking German and Ojibwe at the same time either. xD Too many sounds, too many words to remember. I just stuck with German. :)

@thepreposterouspanda LOL I've studied a bit of Spanish and a bit of French. Really, just a bit. So when I try to say something in Spanish or French I make a mess LOL and mix with English too sometimes, cause it's easier for me XD

@Sharky86 Hahaha. I know enough French to say hello, introduce myself, quickly inform them that I unfortunately don't speak French, and that I'd like a croissant. xD

I live in Georgia (the state), so I took Spanish in elementary school, and hear it pretty often. 🤔 Which I'm fine with! It's a wonderful language haha.
