Another way to do this is to use combinations. The probability is C(13,2)/C(52,2)
= [13!/(2!11!)][52!/(2!50!] = [13*12/2][52*51/2] = 13*12/(52* 51) = .059
= [13!/(2!11!)][52!/(2!50!] = [13*12/2][52*51/2] = 13*12/(52* 51) = .059
