What's the most expensive mistake you've made?

Mine right now is potentially losing 390$ go me XD and its so simple and dumb.

Accidentally dropping my cell phone, last January, when I was rushing to get into a cab. It was almost immediately stolen. :( I don't know if you would call that a "mistake" exactly, but it was definitely a big oops.
