Why is it that you need at least a bachelor's degree to get a halfway decent job?

I don't think that's very fair seeing as how college is so dang expensive.

That’s somewhat dependent on the career path you’re going..

I worked my way up to being a non degreed engineer in the oil and gas industry... But I’ve been in this industry for more than 30 years.. lots of experience and exposure...

@SW-User I know that a bachelor's is definitely required to become a nurse, no exceptions.
