Why do we say "lukewarm"?

Why not markwarm, johnwarm or matthewwarm?

Because Luke had the force with him and so is the force with warm

Without Luke there would be no Jedi protecting the Galaxy and Luke saved everyone in the end so he does save the warmth for himself
