what is a good way to learn chemistry and math?

what are some good ways to learn chemistry and math at a masters graduate level? I just dont want to end up with a bad tutor and no help from the teacher. are there any better resources then UC ervine lectures? on thoes videos I cant hear the professor that well. I love professor leonard but all thoes videos are too advanced for me. I hate that with math you cant just memorize everything and get by. I suck at understanding the concepts. I cant get stoicheometry and ICE tables and anything in calculus. I get basic algebra. I want to go back to college but I dont want to fail out. I can only afford to go part time so every class is very important.

I know people who got as far as their doctorate simply by memorizing exercises' solutions, and then applying the same methods to new ones.

You have to go back to the basics. You won't find an online professor who can do so while teaching you new lessons. Not enough time. One on one tutor can be asked directly and he can simplify things.
