When your parents try talking you out of being a special education teacher... again

Stop talking to them about your career choices. If they bring it up just let them know that it is not a topic up for discussion. If they can't abide by this stop talking to them until they do.

I realize this is your parents but they have no right and if you keep defending yourself they will have the idea they have some sort of power. Cut it off.
