Are there any good reasons why one would have foam in the back of their throat?

@TexChik I'm very sorry. I just got carried away. The last thing on earth I would want to do is offend you. Sometimes I sacrifice a little too much self respect for a laugh, and I'm the only one that's laughing anyway. I'm very sorry, and I won't cross that line again.

@puck61 awww , I’m sorry for being so fussy about that but for some reason , I guess because I’m a ptsd girl , certain things make me fly into an instant rage . I didn’t handle it so well a few days ago and immediately blocked . Then he reached out to a mutual friend ( my bestie here) and my friend told me I really needed to chill . So after A few days I unblocked and apologized to him too. Thanks ! 😊
