2 majors and 2 minors.... Is it too much?

I am currently a senior in high school, and I plan to go to university to focus on learning foreign languages (German, Russian, and modern Greek) with a minor in history. As I was researching majors, I have learned that there is no major for what I want to do (yes, I want to learn 3 languages at once), so I came to the conclusion that I should triple major in the 3 languages and minor in history (I don't want to specialize in just one language and kind of focus in another language or 2; no, I want to specialize in all 3 languages). However, this one university that my dad really wants me to go to only offers modern Greek as a minor (which I am okay with because I already know some Greek and yes I am Greek... and Italian... Una faccia una razza). So instead of triple majoring with a minor, I was thinking to do a double major with 2 minors if I end up going to this university (or just do the 2 majors and 2 minors regardless the university I go to).

And no, I am not letting my dad influence me on where I should go after high school. He wants me to stay at home, and this university is close to home (it's also a really good university). However, I want to go far from home, because he makes my life miserable. I am only considering this university since I've read good reviews online.
