Who is Eric Garner? Daniel Hambrick? Michael Slager? Andrew Delke? And so many more. Since Rodney King til now, so many white males have been let go for heavy and dark crimes. Many African Americans have also been proven to be wrongly CONVICTED (not even going to mention at MUCH higher rates than the counterpart European Americans) and many have even been executed for crimes they never committed. Realize that there is a world of difference between an alleged and convicted murderer. One goes into the book, the other goes free. I don't completely trust the accuracy of the number claiming unproportionate rates of crime to capita ratios in communities where entire police departments have been logged to have jailed hundreds of African American YOUTH (25-) alone in a decades-long practice through the active planting of drugs and guns, many of which happen AFTER the person has died. The video of Michael Slager and the direct lies reported from the NOW blocked police report "in a committment to respect local law enforcement" are a great example :p

Of course the population of Blacks is about 13%

Other digging sites unearthed hobbled bodies and severely distorted and brutalized human bodies. The proof is there, but the government works (even up to this date) to hide many corruptions. Even the police system was founded under the Slave Patrols. Come to wonder why there is such deeply embedded racism and animosity between blacks around policing in general.
