How come the Swedish govt can afford giving free education to the whole youth of their country?

Swedish? Welcome to Europe, almost every country has that. Even universities here are free.

Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Germany, Finland, all Baltic countries, France, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, etc etc. Almost all have it afaik.
