How do you work this out?

The amount of hay in a barn will feed 40 cows for 12 weeks.

For how many weeks could you feed 15 cows with the same amount of hay?

Are you trying to get us to do your daughters homework? ;)

@MougyWolf No this is for me and I don't know how to work it out.
tallpowerhouseblonde · 31-35, F
12 divided by 15 then multiply by 40.

@GJOFJ3 the question was "how do you work this out"
GJOFJ3 · 61-69, M
@fdurst 40÷15=2.66
2.66×12=32
fdurst · 56-60, M
@GJOFJ3 agreed.
I posted that earlier.
