Annoying school kids

Wow, at my junior HS we had a pair of kids who styled themselves, the TeeVee twins, they were not related. But had two fake microphones and used to "interview" other kids at school for a "mock" TV they claimed they were making. They never left other kids alone and used to drive them to despair harassing others for an interview. Only then would they leave them alone and move onto others.

We had a girl who would step and snap her hip and fingers in a very bizarre and dramatic way. All 4 years of high school. So so weird. Aside from laughing she left both the kids and staff boggled.

@Keepitsimple Another kid was so annoying at Summer camp, when we were 9 that one younger kid who he bullied told him the showers were out of action, but he could have a bath in the large sink in the laundry room...that kid did and half way through his bath about 40 teachers and class mates walked into that room...
