Can anyone here teach me how to use a proxy?
A lot of sites are blocked in my country.

Probably one of the easier ways would be to getting a different web browser with proxies already built in.
And going to that length might as go with a Tor browser. One of the easier tor browsers I have found would be Fireonion.
Fireonion is available on all platforms both desktop and mobile. And while it is a little slow compared to other Tor browsers, it is easy to use and has the full functionality of the better known web browsers.
The last statement is somewhat lacking in a lot of other Tor browsers.
