Nor in charter, magnet or boarding schools. What do they do differently?

@luckranger71 for transparencies sake, I feel obligated to point out that at least in Australia, even with the continuation of the buy back program, we saw a large number of fully automatic machineguns such as MG40's and Bren Guns, as well as a few RPGS's turned in amongst a slew of m16's, and others. At least in Australias position, it doesnt particularly seem like unfettered access is to blame, but rather parental supervision.
