My sister says she's not addicted to weed...

A woman I am good friends with is moving to the city I live in for two reasons...to be near me and because of legalized weed. She calls it "weed heaven". She said the first thing she wants to do when she arrives is go to the weed shop. She said she craves it sooo bad.This is surprising to me because I have always heard weed is not addictive. They say opposites attract. I have never smoked weed but I find it kind of exciting that she is a weed fiend.
