Addicted; unlikely. Pot has no physical addiction, but a person can develop a psychological dependence.

@BrewCityBarfly I would consider it a psychological dependence. Though what is the difference? Does the psychological dependence not have the physical withdrawals?

@Wildflowerr Addiction in strict definition is a physical dependence. Pot in and of itself is not dangerous.

@Chaoshead Psychological withdrawal. When I quit, I just quit. I never had any physical symptoms, and I used daily (back over 20 years ago). OTOH, when I had to stop Vics that I took for a back injury, it was hell. There's a diff.
