@SW-User Theoretically anything can become addicted. Some substances are more conducive for addiction (like nicotine) but anything has the potential for addiction.
She does it everyday and spends a lot of money (that she doesn't have) on weed. What would happen if someone stopped her from getting it? Would she freak out and not be able to handle it?

@Chaoshead I think it has more to do with genetics and an addictive personality rather than becoming addictive to "anything."
I don't know her so I can't say. Depends upon her. I know I wouldn't. I vape every day but it wouldn't be the end of the world if I didn't vape for a couple of days.
