Aspirin, is it possible to overdose on it?

I've been having some bad days and a few days ago I've read that someone overdosed on aspirin. I was thinking to myself 'Dam how sad to overdose on medicine'

yes. you can overdose on nearly anything.

@Cannabro yes, i actually know someone who did that. it displaces all the salt from your system and your cranium fills up with fluid and puts your brain under tremendous pressure. too much salt can be bad too.
