Has my sister been paying off her student debt?

My sister is 24 years old and went to college a few years ago for three years and then dropped out. She has had a hard time keeping jobs for more than a week. We both live with our parents. How could she be paying for her student debt without a proper income? Her husband lives with us, but he hasn't been in her life for long. Shes not selling drugs and is not into prostitution.
