What is the best way to learn english quickly?

Practice. Find a native speaker to practice with, watch movies in English, read, listen to music in English... the more you surround yourself with it, the better you'll become through immersion.

@SW-User no problem. I figured if it helps me learn languages better and faster, it'll most certainly help you. And I don't know about you, but when I hear a song I like, I have to learn the words, and music makes it much easier for me to do that.
