So I have this project where you have to choose a quote that impacts you in a positive way and present it and explain why and how it affected you. Do you guys have some ideas or examples.

I found this quote to be amazing. I gave me a different perspective on things. What it told me is that I, as a leader, need to foster those under me with mentoring, support, whatever to give them the skills to be leaders in their own right, not followers. I want them to grow, and if possible to surpass my achievements. Leadership is not about being selfish. It is about sharing and supporting others.
