Is it good english?

If you are reading this, try to evaluate my english. Is it good? Or bad? How much good? How much bad? And how much time it will take to be good at it?

it's pretty good in general. although the more common usage would be 'how good? how bad?' without the 'much'. and 'how long will it take to...'
there are a good number of people on here born as native speakers who are doing worse than you.

@SW-User thank you. I'm learning english. One of the techniques to learn a language is to interact with the native people. I don't understand some of the sentences here. Maybe they are not according to the grammar rules or maybe they are carelessly written.

@deevan11 there's lots of that. there's also lots of slang being thrown around. depending on how long you've been working on it, I'd say you're doing fairly to quite well. there's some polish sorts of things you could use, but I think you mostly manage to get across your point which is the really important part.

@SW-User and of slang thing I get feelings of. I enjoye that too but exclude that in learning process. I wont need it in my writings and speaking I hope.
