I am a juniour at faculty and I want to organise myself more. What should I do?

I will move from my current city (finally) I want to organise myself; academically, financially, on behalf of life (planning my day, planning my personal studies), my makeup collection etc. Problem is, I have panic disorder and whenever I am squeezed into a program I feel choked on the other hand if I don't take notes on paper or on my phone I might skip things I don't want to. Help!

First off realise you're not the only one to go through this... Second realise you're asked for help so you know there's a problem and you're seeking answers .. I'm a firm believer in writing things down, get our start a diary of things you need to do as a reminder... Look at where you make mistakes and think of ways of procedures to avoid them .. you can do it

@ozgirl512 It took a few years anf lots of panic attacks to accept I have problem but I took that step :) Now I want to learn how to cope it when I am pushed into a squeezed timeline without getting overwhelmed. Thank you so much for suggestion :)

@Katerinafaith that's ok :)
Unfortunately, strict timelines are often the norm ... And to be successful you have to learn to organise yourself.. a certain amount of time fur this, more time for that ... You know yourself better than anyone, try to organise so that you have the time to finish things
