How should a high school student address the central office secretary?

It's a regional thing like pop/soda i think. I never heard custodian as a word until we moved and I was in middle school.

@Shade70 Does the same apply for parents? Or do parenents only address certified teachers by last name?

To me it is a matter of respect. I am addressing someone in professional capacity, not as a friend.

I have experience in this. It's proper etiquette.
