Too many to list, across different subject areas, all equally interesting to me (I have difficultly with the concept of "favorites" in general, whether it applies to colors, seasons, food, music, etc. ... I like variety as a general rule ...)
I typically like documentaries about wine / beverages / food, travel, music, modern art. modern architecture, the environment, the climate, health, the food system, nature, science, history, corruption, even the Tour de France.
Of course with Netflix in particular you have to sometimes be wary of them passing off Goop-ified pseudoscience as factual documentary or just crossing the line into unsavory reality tv. If in the first 10 seconds you see an entertainment disclaimer, take things with a grain of salt until you verify any claims by other means.
And satire mockumentaries like Philomena Cunk are fun too.
