Unsaid things

Words left unspoken, hidden deep inside,
Thoughts we dare not share, we try to hide.
But holding back only causes pain,
And leaves our hearts forever stained.

Silent thoughts that weigh on the mind,
Truth left unspoken all the time.
But speaking out brings relief,
And gives our hearts some belief.
