Are Alien visitations just evolved human from the future using time machines ?

@usher Future travel is theoretically achievable via the fact that if you were able to travel away from earth at speeds approaching the speed of light you would age more slowly than those back on earth. This is due to time dilation. You might age only 5 years while the person on earth ages 36 years. So in essence you have travelled into the future. Of course, light speed travel or anything close is not possible for objects with any intrinsic mass, but at least it's theoretically possible.

This is all illustrated by Einstein's theories of special and general relativity.

@usher The law of causality dictates that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light. Again, Einstein's theories.

@SW-User But how would you travel into the future ? Surely velocity is relevant to time . Wouldn't you go back in time ? Theoretically ?
