how do you deal with someone who acts like they know you, when you don't know them

i was in one or 2 situations like that in the past and i felt angered, because i thought, ' who are you? do i know you?, piece of shit'. because of someone talking to me like they know me, when i'd hardly just met them, i really don't like that at all.
