What's wrong with these people?
I was asked to take a 1-question survey concerning my call to FedEx.
"Thank you for taking the time to help us improve our customer service. Using the key pad on your phone, with 1 meaning you disagree strongly and 5 meaning you agree strongly, please rate your satisfaction regarding your call to FedEx." (or words to that effect)
I pressed 5.
"Sorry, I didn't get that. Using the key pad blah blah.."
I pressed 5.
"Sorry, I didn't get that..."
Firmly, I said "5!"
"Thank you for your time."
