My job has me so freaking mad
I put in for PTO so that I could go on vacation at the end of this month with my family it's the first vacation I've been on and almost 8 years
I gave them plenty of time to approve the PTO and I kept going to the scheduler and asking her if it was approved or not. And she told me that PTO wasn't approved so I told her if the issue is being paid for the time off just take me off the schedule and I just won't be paid and I will be fine with that I really need the time off
And she told me twice that that was fine and that she took my name off of the schedule
The other day I didn't go into work because I am on f****** vacation. And they're blowing my s*** up asking me where I'm at. I told them that I'm not coming I already told him in advance that I was going to be out for these days. And then my supervisor tells me it doesn't work like that and that she's going to talk to the DON. Well f****** talk to her because I'm not coming and figure out what youre going to do because I'm not coming
Then she never calls me back to let me know what the don said and surprise I did not go to work last night. And they're blowing my phone up again asking you my ETA. My ETA is 518 miles away from kiss my ass
I just spoke to someone just now on the phone and she told me that I should just speak to the DON on Monday and let her know what was going on. Which is fine but now these dumb f****** c**** are going to be calling me every night waking me up asking me where I'm at
I'm not even joking I'm so mad I don't even want to go back I have another job. This place pisses me off so bad with their disorganization and I don't know if you guys remember but I wrote another story once where they wouldn't let me call out when my son got stung by a bunch of bees
What should I do? Am I just overreacting I just get so sick of this company being so disorganized they're an extremely small company there is absolutely no excuse for them to be this disorganized
