I Occasionally Have Temper Tantrums

Not very often at all. They get squashed pretty quickly.
My husband doesn't tolerate temper tantrums. He will quickly remind me that for every action there is a positive or negative reaction. Normally that reminder is never fun.😞

'Equal and opposite reaction'.

I think it's good to let the anger go, though I prefer to focus it into something, like my fist into a punching bag as one of many examples.

@Amyrakunejo if I had one, I'm sure I would put it to good use.
It's better than throwing things and causing unnecessary conflict in my marriage. I swear I forget I'm 43 sometimes and wind up acting out like I'm 5. Thank goodness my temper tantrums are few and far between.
