Would it be more of an issue to address with the City Zoning Commission? [I Am Politically Incorrect]

There's Putt-Putt Golf where I live directly across from an obnoxious Adult Toy Store.

I'm out enjoying an evening with my friends, whom I consider my family: Not to get all " Karen'ish" but I really don't want to look across the street and see a bunch of low life's playin' golf.
