What's a phrase people use these days that you can't stand?

"Platforming," "Mansplaining," "Patriarchy," "Toxic Masculinity" and all the other online catch phrase that tend to be shared to be part of a "team." And I don't like those words not because of what they mean but because what they denote does far more harm than good.
