Referring to girls and women as "females" rather than well, "girls or women”

Seems a bit dehumanizing. Girls and women are human beings, but not all "females" are.

Just a thought.

It's so gross... you hardly ever see "males" being used that way. I tried using that word sometimes to put into perspective how we feel with the word "female" but I couldn't keep it up. I guess I have more manners than I thought.
