Referring to girls and women as "females" rather than well, "girls or women”

Seems a bit dehumanizing. Girls and women are human beings, but not all "females" are.

Just a thought.

Sometimes for a guy it doesn’t matter what term you use you will still get shot down, what as other times in the same situation you will be just fine when referring to women as either girls, women, ladies or females.

@justanothername I imagine it must seem that way. It’s a pet peeve of mine and not something I’d actually give anyone a bad time about. 🙂
