I Think Perhaps You Should Mind Your Own Business

Productivity at its finest

Work bestie & I watched an episode of this fly on the wall documentary following the owner & employees of an English brothel in work today. She said "you have to see it to believe it" & she was right.

I'm pretty little, as little goes, I think. I'm 5'2" & a U.K. size 10 (US 8 )This was the size most girls wanted to be when I was a teenager. Of course I wasn't this size then. I was a size 4/6 & basically skin & bone. How fashionable teenage Sonnet would be now! There's none of that thigh-gap nonsense here though, I'm girl shaped, as girls are meant to be.

But, back to the brothel. According to the manager the super pretty skinny girls who go to work there make far less than the more ample 'escort.' Like we're talking sizes 16, 18, & 20. These girls are raking it in, seeing up to fifteen clients a day.

So here's the thing, how come all these young'uns are starving themselves within an inch of their lives to try & meet an 'ideal' that seemingly goes directly against what their target audience is after? Because no one really believes that rubbish about people wanting to be fit & attractive only for themselves. It's all so other people think you're pretty & want to reproduce with you so you're genetic code carries on happily. Nature & all that.

The most popular girl there was a proper whale. Had an ass you could park your bike in a rest a pint on, as they say. A couple of people could've actually. She was stuffing her face with chicken curry & chips everyday for her breakfast. "Breakfast of champions" she said. "Keeps your strength up."

I'll admit that this is where my train of thought loses itself somewhat. Suppose I'm daydreaming about Mars bars or something. . .

Good observations. I blame the media for almost everything these days. All just starting to look like some form of social engineering to essentially mess our head up so bad we can't focus on the real problems and fix them, cause someone is making a fortune off of our disfunctionality.

Indeed they are. Lizard people the lot of them.

my train of though went south when you mentioned "thigh gap" I completely lost it when you talked about parking your bicycle.

I enjoy your posts! You can be counted on to introduce "intriguing" subjects for our inquiring minds to ponder. Keep being awesome!

perhaps in that trade it's more about the stamina of being able to entertain multiple people per day?
I wonder if you could do a calculus formula and get an optimal 'traditionally attractive' vs. ... err.. more 'vigorously built' point on a curve.
🤔

I'll leave that in your capable hands.

@Sonnet: I somehow feel like my data collection will get sloppy. quickly.

@malcontent: happens to everyone, it's totally normal.
