@SkeetSkeet I don't at all understand people who wouldn't want to be free to just fiddle around their home and stuff and read books and shit.

@MethDozer My uncles ex girlfriend said to me once that she didn't know what she'd do with herself when she retired. She was always bored to death when she wasn't at work. I cannot imagine being that way! Just the opposite here -- having to do what everyone else demands, bores me to pieces. I'm almost never bored on my own.

@SW-User same exactly the same. If you're bored not being at work it means you're a boring person with no interests or hobbies. Imho.

@MethDozer I was surprised when she said it. I never thought of her as a boring person... but I did realise that she'd spent all her life between full time job, plus raising kids. She probably never had a minute to develop outside interests or hobbies.
