I am so annoyed

I am so Annoyed with my x rocker gaming chair I was sitting in it playing a game when I felt it move in a weird way. So I had to take apart my custom gaming rig that attaches to my chair and take the chair apart I didn't find anything wrong with my gaming rig. To be able to investigate further I took the fabric on the bottom of the chair loose to be able to see inside of it which resulted in me scratching my glasses in the process which really made me mad after I had the fabric off I ended up finding out what the problem was. The problem was the metal frame that attaches the pedestal to the actual chair was held on by 8 screws as soon as I got the fabric loose two of the screws were completely loose and fell out so after looking at it I found all 8 of the screws were lose plus a few of them the threads were very badly stripped out which must have happened when they put it together at the factory. Needless to say I am not very happy about it at all I will be going to buy 8 new bolts that will be longer than what was used in it and 8 nuts to attach the mounting plate in a much better way and will be much stronger than what was previously done. In the end after owning the x rocker chair I have and this being the second major problem I have had with it when I need another chair I will never buy another x rocker chair.
