Afraid of Liability

People tend to blame others or point fingers at somebody else for fear of being held liable for negligence. They are so overly careful that they become rigid, to the detriment of others.

People demand justice, yet often deem it justifiable only if it advances their own interests.

OMG. I have like 8,000 things I want to add to this.

People are so damn afraid to make mistakes and will lie, steal and cheat their mothers to hide the fact that they made a mistake.

Accountability isn't weakness.
